1) The selling
price of the whole product package is $97; not lower or
higher.
2) You may change
the website sales letter as long as the copyright information
remains intact.
3) You may sell
the products individually for $20 each. If you're selling them
as a package, you must sell it for $97.
4) You MAY NOT
give away the product package for free at any point of time in
any situation. It cannot be given away as a free bonus for
subscribing to your ezine.
5) You MAY include it as a "package deal" or
in a membership site. However, the total cost of the
product or membership site must be at least $149.
6) You MAY NOT
make any "joint venture" deals with this package.
That includes exchanging and bartering.
7) You
MAY NOT market this product in any immoral or unethical
manner, including sending UCE - unsolicited commercial email,
also known as SPAM.
8) You
MUST setup this product for order processing on your own web
page. Everything must be hosted at your own
website and orders processed from there.
9) Any
violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of
this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.
The
license gives you the product(s) to sell, the ready-made
webpage templates to upload to your own site, the sales
letters and the use of all graphics.
